Referrer must be 18 years or older and based in the UK.
The scheme is open to all individuals, including existing tenants, landlords, or members of the public.
Employees or contractors of Stott Estates & Property Management LTD may be excluded at our discretion.
A referral is only valid if the referred landlord is new to Stott Estates & Property Management LTD and has not previously used or enquired about our services.
The referred landlord must confirm the referrer’s name at the time of initial contact or enquiry.
The £150 reward will be paid after the referred landlord has signed a management agreement and their property is successfully let and under management for at least 60 days.
Payment will be made by bank transfer or another agreed method.
Only one referrer per landlord/property will be accepted. In the case of multiple referrals, the first person to submit the referral will be eligible.
There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make, and you can earn multiple rewards for successful referrals.
Multiple properties referred by the same landlord count as one referral unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Referrals that do not result in a signed management agreement and an active tenancy will not qualify.
Self-referrals (referring your own property) are not permitted.
Stott Estates & Property Management LTD reserves the right to verify the identity of the referrer and referred landlord.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.
The scheme is subject to availability and local market conditions.
Any tax implications related to the reward are the responsibility of the recipient.
In the event of a dispute, Stott Estates & Property Management LTD’s decision is final.
